“WIFI Ready School Campus through Ticketing System” is envisioned to support the teaching and learning process in leveraging educational technologies to meet the demands of the iGeneration / Generation Z.
Students' Mega-learning Space
The proposal classifies students’ mega learning spaces into different categories, each focusing on a specific design approach that caters to diverse learning needs and styles.

It simply is the consruction of an alternative passage to and from the two classrooms at the second storey that the teachers had been wishing for for years, and been identified by the Pupils in the AIP as priority to address, as well ass the BFP and CBAO.

THE WATER BELL
The innovation is designed to help learners perform better academically by constantly reminding them to drink water at least every 2 hours while inside the classroom.
Project LIPAT Dunong
This project aims to empower receiving teachers in regular schools to inclusive education by engaging and partnering with Special Education Teachers by providing them with their expertise on topics related to the Inclusion Program and the Inclusive Learning Resource Center.
By promoting collaboration and networking among educators, this project targets to improve inclusive education practices in regular schools and enhance outcomes for learners with special needs.

Building Bridges
Aligned with our AIP’s ACCESS, Building Bridges is an innovation proposal aimed at intensifying functional literacy of learners through the different activities in boxes.
Each grade level teachers will prepare four boxes (1 for manipulatives, 1 for picture aided activities, 1 for learning activity sheets and 1 for interactive games and applications thru technology) but the activities in boxes 1 and 2 will depend on the needs of the learners in each grade level.
Project HAPPY
The project is to benefit learners from syllable reader to sentence reader.
PRIME AIR (Purposeful Recording of Ideas, Monitoring Efficiency, Attendance, Intervention, and Recovery)
The Innovation uses Educational Technology Tool to consolidate reports on SF2 and SF 4 real time. From there, interventions on absenteeism and tardiness will be done in the earliest opportune time, which will in turn help address failure and dropping – out in School.
HY-TEEAAM
Access because the strategies provide flexible learning environment that can access wider participation of teachers and learners. As a result of the blended learning, it creates inclusive learning experience that cater to a diverse range of learners.
Project 4R (Road to Reading Readiness and Refinement)
This project 4Rs supports the goal in the School Improvement Plan and annual Implementation Plan for the School Year 2024-2025. It aims to improve the reading level of the 82 learners from frustration to instructional or independent level in both English and Filipino.
Project REACH OUT
The innovation intends to provide wider access to education by giving opportunity to learners who are at home and who cannot attend in person classes temporarily due to a difficult situation.
Peer Connect: Mentoring Program
Peer connect: A peer mentoring program for high school students of Quezon National High School.
The mentoring program aims to provide emotional support and improve academic performance by leveraging on the power of peer support.
Project Guardian Angel: Fostering Education
This project addresses the challenges of increased drop-out rates (with 5 cases last year) and low academic performance among 58 learners. It aims to improve reading skills, transitioning students from frustration to instructional levels and help struggling readers meet their grade-level standards.
MAKI Gulayan Sa Project MAKAN
The innovaton MAKI Gulayan Sa Project MAKAN is about a three –in-one best practice of the school to elevate the nutritional status of learners who are severely wasted for SY: 2024-2025.
This MAKI ( Magaaral Alagaan Kalingain at Ipagmalaki) and Gulayan sa Paaralan (GsP) with MAKAN ( Maayos at Angkop na Kalusugan Alay sa Nangangailangan) will involve recognition of small wins of all learners ( K to VI), nutrition literacy for the feeding recipients, while involving the parents to activate the Gulayan sa Paaralan to sustain the feeding program.
Read, Share, Grow: The One Book, One Story Initiative
The “Read, Share, Grow” initiative promotes a love for reading by allowing all learners to explore a range of books and stories.
This program addresses the absence of a school library by enabling equitable book exchanges among learners, ensuring everyone has access to reading materials.

The program is an intervention activity to address poor foundational skills in Mathematics.

“Savings, Kinabukasan ko” is an educational project that imparts fundamental financial literacy skills to elementary school children from grades 4 to 6 to be “smart savers” and financially literate citizens.
SULONG PAGBASA
SULONG PAGBASA addresses the persistent challenge of low reading proficiency by actively involving the community in reading activities, which is expected to reduce frustration and full refresher levels among learners by 5%.
This program aims to enhance reading skills directly contributing to improving the Department of Education’s immediate outcomes in line with quality service delivery of the basic education.
Parents-Assisted Reading (PAR) Program
The PAR Program enhances the quality of education by providing targeted, effective support to improve literacy skills among struggling learners.
It equips parents with the tools and knowledge necessary to support their children’s reading development, ensuring that the literacy instruction learners receive at home is aligned with educational best practices.
PhoneMES Wall: A Visual Approach to Literacy
PhoneMES Wall provides a visual and interactive tool for learners to learn and practice the building blocks of language, fostering literacy skills and improving reading comprehension.
This innovation approach, by making phonics explicit and engaging, contributes to a more effective and equitable learning environment for all Filipino learners.
PROJECT SEC (Speak English with Confidence)
Reading Literacy particularly in English is a common problem in schools. Enhancing the reading ability of our learners is a must in order to communicate and understand each other.
Project EARLY: The Tardiness Fix
It falls under QUALITY since the end goal of reducing tardiness is for the students not to be missing lessons which will affect their academic performance.
Acceleration Reading Ability of Struggling Readers
There will be collaboration with the parents of these struggling readers.
They will be informed that their children will be given reading sessions with their teachers.
Teachers will be asked to extend understanding for these learners. These teachers will be provided with appropriate resources such as reading materials, and
technology.

The proposal focuses on improving the Quality of assessing the learning outcomes for learners in situation of disadvantage. It aims in producing independent learners in reading.

Project BADO+ (Building Awareness about Dengue On-screen Plus)
Project BADO+ focuses on the ability of learners and educational systems to adapt, recover, and continue functioning in the face of challenges or crises.
By building awareness and educating students about dengue, the project helps schools and learners better prepare for and respond to potential outbreaks, thereby strengthening the overall resilience of the educational community.
