Math Saludo is a program aimed at developing the learners’ mental ability in the 4 fundamental math operations that will eventually lead to improving their numeracy skills.

The innovation aims to improve the reading competency of learners in listening to narrative and informational texts and sequence events which has     the lowest improvement as determined in the conduct of    pre-test and post-test asssessment through the use      of Performance Assessment  Standards and Skills (PASS).

The “IGLAP: Immediate Grasp Learning and Action Program for Teacher Empowerment” is designed to equip teachers with the skills and strategies needed to rapidly adapt to disruptions in education. Through targeted training, teachers are empowered to ensure continuous, high-quality learning for students, even during emergencies or class suspensions.

The innovation empowers learners with disabilities by providing them with life  skills.

“Blending for Success: Bridging Learning Gaps with Online and Hybrid Classes Amid Classroom Shortages at Baguio Central School”

The project provides a flexible alternative that ensures continuous, high-quality education despite classroom limitations.

Teacher on Air Program is an educational initiative designed to provide remote communities with access to quality education through Educational Technology or EdTech.

This approach is particularly useful in areas where traditional schooling resources becomes limited due to certain conditions like weather disturbances, transportation concerns, distance or location of home to school.

Also, it promotes, inclusivity, self-paced learning, technology integration, parents and community engagement.

This project introduces innovative strategies and ensures everyone is prepared for challenges throughout the year, making the approach relevant, versatile, and adaptable.

This program enables learners to master fundamental math concepts by integrating them into everyday household chores. By fostering active learning, it makes math practical, enjoyable, and relevant to daily life.

The repository will serve as a data bank for vital school information. It will foster collaboration while using this information to answer school issue and gaps .

“WIFI Ready School Campus through Ticketing System” is envisioned to support the teaching and learning process in leveraging educational technologies to meet the demands of the iGeneration / Generation Z.

The proposal classifies students’ mega learning spaces into different categories, each focusing on a specific design approach that caters to diverse learning needs and styles.

These categories include flexible learning spaces, open-concept learning spaces, project-based learning spaces, and many others, aiming to provide a comprehensive framework for designing and implementing effective learning environments.

It simply is the consruction of an alternative passage to and from the two classrooms at the second storey that the teachers had been wishing for for years, and been identified by the Pupils in the AIP as priority to address, as well ass the BFP and CBAO.

The Career Learning and Intervention Program provides accessible career learning and early career exploration opportunities for all learners. It ensures that every student is well-prepared and motivated to progress smoothly to the next stage of their education.

The innovation is designed to help learners perform better academically by constantly reminding them to drink water at least every 2 hours while inside the classroom.

This project aims to empower receiving teachers in regular schools to inclusive education by engaging and partnering with Special Education Teachers by providing them with their expertise on topics related to the Inclusion Program and the Inclusive Learning Resource Center.

By promoting collaboration and networking among educators, this project targets to improve inclusive education practices in regular schools and enhance outcomes for learners with special needs.

This Innovation Proposal intends to help in the hardships of an LSENs, the family of the LSEN and the influx of LSEN enrollees of Baguio SPED Center. In one way or another, FES is part of the solution.

The PACDAL NUMERATES program is classified under Access as it aims to improve educational equity by providing enhanced access to resources and learning opportunities for underserved communities. This proposal is designed to bridge gaps in educational access, ensuring that all students have the necessary tools and support to succeed.

The project is categorized in ACCESS since it seeks to improve the school’s responsiveness in decreasing dropout rate.

Aligned with our AIP’s ACCESS, Building Bridges is an innovation proposal aimed at intensifying functional literacy of learners through the different activities in boxes.

Each grade level teachers will prepare four boxes (1 for manipulatives, 1 for picture aided activities, 1 for learning activity sheets and 1 for interactive games and applications thru technology) but the activities in boxes 1 and 2 will depend on the needs of the learners in each grade level.

The project is to benefit learners from syllable reader to sentence reader.

The Innovation uses Educational Technology Tool to consolidate reports on SF2 and SF 4 real time. From there, interventions on absenteeism and tardiness will be done in the earliest opportune time, which will in turn help address failure and dropping – out in School.

Access because the strategies provide flexible learning environment that can access wider participation of teachers and learners. As a result of the blended learning, it creates inclusive learning experience that cater to a diverse range of learners.

This project 4Rs supports the goal in the School Improvement Plan and annual Implementation Plan for the School Year 2024-2025. It aims to improve the reading level of the 82 learners from frustration to instructional or independent level in both English and Filipino.

The innovation intends to provide wider access to education by giving opportunity to learners who are at home and who cannot attend in person classes temporarily due to a difficult situation.

Peer connect: A peer mentoring program for high school students of Quezon National High School.

The mentoring program aims to provide emotional support and improve academic performance by leveraging on the power of peer support.

This project addresses the challenges of increased drop-out rates (with 5 cases last year) and low academic performance among 58 learners. It aims to improve reading skills, transitioning students from frustration to instructional levels and help struggling readers meet their grade-level standards.

The innovaton MAKI Gulayan Sa Project MAKAN is about a three –in-one best practice of the school to elevate the nutritional status of learners who are severely wasted for SY: 2024-2025.

This MAKI ( Magaaral Alagaan Kalingain at Ipagmalaki) and Gulayan sa Paaralan (GsP) with MAKAN ( Maayos at Angkop na Kalusugan Alay sa Nangangailangan) will involve recognition of small wins of all learners ( K to VI), nutrition literacy for the feeding recipients, while involving the parents to activate the Gulayan sa Paaralan to sustain the feeding program.

The “Read, Share, Grow” initiative promotes a love for reading by allowing all learners to explore a range of books and stories.

This program addresses the absence of a school library by enabling equitable book exchanges among learners, ensuring everyone has access to reading materials.

The program is an intervention activity to address poor foundational skills in Mathematics.

The innovation proposal falls under “Resiliency and Well-Being” because it is dedicated to building emotional resilience and offering robust support for the mental and emotional health of learners, teachers, and parents.

By addressing past traumas and providing crucial tools and resources, this initiative significantly strengthens the well-being and resilience of the entire school community.
