The Problem
The Gibraltar Elementary School showed a total of 30 severely wasted learners and 20 stunted learners for SY: 2024-2025 based on the results of the BOSY Initial weigh –in on August 16, 2024 in cooperation with the SDO Nurse Jojit, the Clinic teacher Lady Lee and the teacher-advisers.
The buildable space to activate the Gulayan sa Paaralan for the Project MAKAN.
The Context
There are learners at risk of absenteesm due to lack of healthy nutritional status leading to poor study habits.

Who are the parents and friends of the school willing to do the market and budget a nutritious meals for the kids?
What are the numeracy, nutrition and values literacy program embedded in the FCCMP?
When will the program start and end? How many days in a week?
How will it be rolled –out?
How is the monitoring and feedback of the program?

Monitoring & Evaluation
To track progress of report:
1. The initial weigh-in of the severely wasted /stunted learners shall be recorded
2. Cascade the school plan to the faculty and personnel and the parents during General Assembly
3. Look for possible donors to sustain the programs’ needs
4. Schedule the Programs of work for the Gulayan sa Paaralan
5. Weekly monitor the learners using reflection notebooks and logbooks (METRICS/INDICATORS)
6. Report the progress quarterly
7. Make an accomplishment report
