The Problem

Unmet target SBM 3rd level (90%) academic performance of students (JHS) caused by absenteeism and tardiness with a dropout rate of 1.6%.

The Context

Absenteeism, tardiness, and behavior problems are significant challenges facing our school.

According to our school data on SF 4, an average of 15 students per grade level per month have been absent from school for the last school year 2023-2024, resulting in lower grade point average and drop-outs.

Moreover, 60  students are habitually tardy that disrupt the learning environment.
