The Problem

Some students lack motivation &  struggle in their studies, leading to poor academic performance. Additionally, current teaching methods do not adequately address the diverse learning needs of students.

The Context

This lack of motivation often manifests in low participation in class activities, incomplete class performance , personal issues that distract them from their schoolwork, deficiencies in students’ foundational knowledge and skills.

It also requires enhancing teachers’ abilities to manage inclusive education effectively.

Stakeholders Pain Points

LEARNERS

Learners struggle with disengagement and lack of motivation, leading to poor performance. Current teaching methods may be uninteresting or mismatched with their learning styles, causing gaps in their understanding and skills.

TEACHERS

Teachers struggle to motivate students and may lack the skills or resources to meet diverse learning needs, leading to gaps in students’ knowledge and skills.

PARENTS

Parents worry about their children’s lack of motivation and poor grades. They feel frustrated with the system and struggle to support their child’s learning at home.

BARANGAY OFFICIALS

The Solution

To improve student motivation and academic performance, we will implement differentiated instruction and engaging strategies, including a holistic, whole-child approach.

We will also provide professional development for teachers and involve parents and community officials to support and reinforce these efforts, ensuring a comprehensive strategy for boosting student engagement and achievement.
