The Problem
Due to the unavailability of standard instructional rooms, 105 Grade 2 learners are compelled to study in a makeshift classrooms for the entire school year.
The Context
The learners come from diverse ethnic backgrounds and various walks of life.
Despite the challenges of the current school set-up, they remain eager to learn.
Stakeholders Pain Points
LEARNERS
The learners feel uncomfortable in the makeshift classrooms.
TEACHERS
The teachers struggle to teach effectively and is overwhelmed by classroom management responsibilities.
PARENTS
The parents are concerned about the quality of education their children are receiving.
BARANGAY OFFICIALS
The Barangay Officials are concerned about the learners and teachers, especially regarding the delivery of education.
The Solution
Shift one section of Grade two to Smart Learning Communities learning approach through Project USBONG. With the collaboration of our teachers, parents, and barangay officials, this project will be a significant succes for our school community.

Monitoring & Evaluation
Continuously track the project on a quarterly basis through regular evaluations.
Use surveys, interviews, and feedback forms to gather insights from clients and stakeholders, which will serve as basis for necessary adjustments to improve process and outcomes.
